Intro
Brew Hop provides you with information of craft beers from each local brewery of Vancouver while getting the option to write reviews on both the taste of the craft beer and the brewery itself.
Challenges
Since there are already lots of drink apps, it was a challenge for me to try and differentiate this app from the rest of them. I thought of adding a feature in that will allow the user to rate later, just in case you’re not in the mood while you’re at the bar.

From gathering information from the interviews helped me figure out what the users were looking for in a drink app. By asking specific open-ended questions that are focused on what they’re feeling, thinking, seeing allows me to get the information that I need.

I find sketching paper prototypes to be quite helpful as this is a great and easy method to improve the overall functionality of the design. While testing it on users I found out what areas that I need to improve on.

Wireframes are such an important step before you go ahead and create anything more. I noticed deficiencies such as the buttons and text being too small and the icons were too big or too small.

I made some changes to the size of the buttons, text and images as they were either too small or too big for the user. The placement of the icons needed to be moved and I crated more white space to make the navigation easier to use.
