Reynolds & Reynolds is a business where it provides management software and professional services to car dealerships. It’s a software that is used to manage sales logistics at dealerships.

Lead UX/UI Designer, Interaction, Visual Design, Testing, Information Architecture, Marketing, Collaboration with Engineers.
DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT
As the lead UX Designer on this project, ICOM AI had an amazing integration with a company called Reynolds & Reynolds. For this project, we needed to create a SMS Chat along with showcasing a timeline of all of the activities with the Sales lead and Client.
Background
I’ve grown tremendously with this company – I joined ICOM AI as the Lead User Experience Designer a year ago as of the 3 designers in a company that was growing tremendously with over 15 engineers and 5 product managers. I supported design across every aspect of the platform and am responsible for the Reynolds and Reynolds product.
Some key achievements of which I have listed below:
Brainstorm an Idea to life. Reynolds & Reynolds requested a specific list of items that were needed on this specific SMS chat, by brainstorming a few layouts and also reviewing the SMS chat from ICOM’s portal, the ideas started to flow.
Executed end to end. Reviewing and discussing the ideas that Reynolds & Reynolds had in mind, along with collaborating with the lead Engineer we were able to create a beautiful product where everyone was happy with.
Brainstorm
Reviewing the list of necessary items that Reynolds & Reynolds requested, we implemented those along with some ideas that we brainstormed and or inspiration.
High-fidelity
As there was no time to focus on the low-fidelity wireframing, we went straight into high-fidelity wireframing.
End Result
This was such a fun project to work on, as it was a mini independent project which allowed me to focus more on each elements and spending more time on each interaction produced a beautiful end result.
